Welcome to July 2023! This year is FLYING by! Congratulations!! You have made it to the halfway mark of this intense and cray year!

July 2023 is going to be one of the most life changing months of 2023! Get ready to be rocked on a whole new level. Major astrological events are set to take place and these could alter the course of your life. One of these aspects include Venus, the planet of love, beauty and comfort, turning retrograde in the sign of Leo. This is a pretty rare event, only happening every 18 months. Anytime an inner planet turns retrograde, we tend to feel it on a more personal level. This summer is about to be entrenched with a lot of drama, HEAT and passion!

The other major aspect of July 2023 is the change of the North and South Node moving from the Taurus/Scorpio axis over to the Aries/Libra axis. The North and South nodes are fated points on the moon's axis and they too bring in big change + transformation. The North node rules our destiny, is hungry for what is unknown + untried and longs for fulfillment. The South node is our past, what we need to let go/release and a very spiritual point. As these shift over to the signs of Aries/Libra, we are being called to focus more on our personal empowerment, courage and overall self interests. We are being asked to release a lot of relationships holding us back from our "true self" and codependent behaviors. This shift of the nodes will last till January 2025. Our focus over this time will be on being the best version of ourselves, entrepreneurship, and pioneering many inspiring new causes and projects! Everyone will be impacted by this shift of the nodes but the fire signs will be in the driver seat as the nodes will conjunct ( same sign) or trine( beneficial aspect) their signs! There is a strict and unrelenting energy to our feelings now. In fact, it could appear some folks are downright cold or emotionless. This is a great full moon to see a promotion or a business plan finally taking off. We will be focused on long term strategy and advancement. The Full Moon in Capricorn will also be making a beneficial 120 degree trine to Jupiter, the planet of blessings, expansion and wisdom, who is currently in the sign of Taurus. The Moon loves to be here as it rules the sign of the Crab. This is a great new moon to begin renovating your home, spending quality time with loved ones and to purchase property. As Cancer is a water sign and quite sentimental, we will be very sensitive and quite intuitive. Tapping into our ability to be vulnerable and open to life's mysteries will bring in many blessings and gifts. The New Moon in Cancer will be making a beneficial trine ( 120 degree aspect) to Neptune, the planet of dreams, the imagination and the ethereal, who is currently in the sign of Pisces. Another big event happening on July 17th will be the shift of the North and South nodes from the signs of Taurus/Scorpio into the signs of Aries/Libra. The North + South Nodes as described above are fated, karmic points on the moon's axis. They change signs every 18.5 months and bring in a whole new set of lessons, tests and opportunities. The North node is where we are headed, our destiny and where we will be seeking fulfillment + rewards. The South node is where we need to let go, release and take our past lessons as spiritual blessings + understanding. The North node in Aries/South node in Libra is here to bring in a sense of self empowerment and courageous vibes full of fiery passion + leadership. We are being asked to let go of any outdated concepts around codependency and allowing others to walk all over us. The lower vibes of this transit could be the tendency to be more selfish( overly so) and super in a hurry and not as focused on working together with mutual interests in mind. There is a balance with the shift of the nodes into Aries + Libra to balance the interest of the self vs. relationships.
