2022- The Year of Poetic Justice, My Values vs. Your Values, The Earth to Ground + The Water to Nourish + The Fire to Inspire + The Air to Reason

Welcome to 2022 my dear souls! After a couple  of very difficult years, 2022 is here to reward you for all of your recent battles and challenges. While no year is without some battles, the year of 2022 astrologically is one of many blessings and retribution. 

I actually was looking forward to writing this forecast as opposed to my mood when writing the 2020 + 2021 forecast. I believe this year we will finally know some harmony and connection that has been missing for the last couple of years. 

If you look at 2022 from a numerological standpoint, it represents not only an angel number( some of you could be seeing 222) but it adds up to the number 6. The number 6 in numerology is a number about love, harmony, relationships, responsibility and family. In astrology it corresponds to the 6th house which is the house of health, well being, daily routines and work. So much focus will be spent in all of the areas mentioned. 

There is a calmness and sweetness that wants to come through this year.  I dare to say we all deserve it! I always say though no matter what astrology holds, our lives are a choice. It is up to each of us to determine our own destiny and any outside information( whether astrology, numerology, etc) is just a tool. 

The biggest astrological influence is often noted by the transit of the outer planets which includes Jupiter- Pluto. 

On April 12, 2022, we will have Jupiter, the planet of abundance, wisdom and knowledge who has just entered his domicile sign of Pisces coming to meet up with Neptune, the planet of spirituality, the imagination and surrender who has been in her home sign of Pisces for quite some time. Jupiter and Neptune in Pisces is a cascade of romantic dreaminess and spiritual ecstasy. When a planet is in their domicile, they are extremely powerful as domicile planets are the original rulers of that particular sign. At the same time, when a planet is in its home sign it is similar to the strength of a domicile planet as its strength and direction are heightened in nature.  

This conjunction of Jupiter and Neptune will open up the floodgates( literally and metaphorically speaking) to awaken us to our spiritual power, artistic genius and true connection to one another. There will be a dreamy and almost magical quality in the air. Now I also want to caution some of the lower vibrations of these two coming together. This includes fantasies, illusions, massive floods( double water influence) drug + alcohol overdoses and trickery. Every sign and planet has a lower and higher vibration. Not to scare you but to prepare you as that is my mission. Forewarned is forearmed. Choose wisely with this pairing but expect to see some mystical and magical occurrences. 

In regards to the North and South Nodes, they have just entered a new pair of signs, Taurus and Scorpio as we enter into January of 2022. 

The North Node is an elliptical point on the moon's axis that points us towards our souls' destiny, path and calling. The North Node is always craving more and is often ravenous to get to the desired outcome + success it so craves. The South Node is also an elliptical point on the moon's axis that helps us tap into our spiritual side and focus on what we need to release, let go of and allow. The South node is our point of detachment and is often unbothered around objectives other than spiritual alignment + sacrifice. The North Node in Taurus will point us in a direction connected to our tangible reality around money, resources, self worth and practicality. The South Node in Scorpio will allow us to release any past traumas, addictions, power struggles, manipulation tactics and abuse. Both signs deal with the 2nd house (Taurus) and the 8th house( Scorpio). The 2nd and 8th house axis is all around what I am vs. what you are, my worth vs. your worth, my values vs. your values. For those folks born with predominant Taurus and Scorpio placements in their natal charts( Sun, Moon, Rising, IC-4th house, DC- 7th house, MC- 10th house or NN/SN) expect some major transformations and changes with the Nodes/Eclipses bringing in huge shifts. 

I will write about this more in detail as the year advances but the dates of the upcoming eclipses which correspond to the North/South Node are: Partial Lunar Eclipse at 10 degrees of Taurus on April 30th, Total Lunar Eclipse at 25 degrees of Scorpio on May 16th, Partial Solar Eclipse in Scorpio at 2 degrees of Scorpio on October 25th and Total Lunar Eclipse in Taurus at 16 degrees of Taurus on November 8th. Check these specific degrees/signs to see if any of your predominant planets fall close to any of those degrees/signs of the Eclipses. If so, you will notice even bigger changes and transformations for this upcoming year. 

The year of 2022 is here to nourish your soul after many dark times of recent. This year wants to remind you of the good times( yes they exist lol) and to remind you of your resilience and strength. A healing energy will be felt and appreciated by all this year. The floodgates of emotions could come pouring out and vulnerability will be recognized and acknowledged. Many of the world has been "white knuckling" it through this very challenging time we are in and this is the year where we can express + allow our pent up frustration, grief and anxiety out without shame or guilt. There is a heart awakening for this upcoming year of 2022. There is also a coming together on a soul level around our collective traumas that will inspire and encourage emotional authenticity and awakening. The year of 2022 wants you to recognize that your heart space is still safe + sacred, open up your creative and spiritual evolution + connect to your fellow man/woman through the eyes of compassion, understanding and unity.
